Succulent palate of crushed red berries, with hint of savoury characters and pleasant oak mouth-filling.
After the malolactic fermentation take place, the wine has been put it in barrels made of French and American oak for 8 months.
Roasted and grilled white and red meat, game, stewed meat, foie gras and cured cheese, birds and fish with very elaborated sauces.
