Bright straw yellow.
Intense and complex nose of dark forest fruits, black currant and herbaceous puffs of hydrocarbons.
In the mouth the mineral note is amazing, fine and elegant, with attractive acidity and charming sweetness. Very powerful, taut, with a long-lasting finish.
Ideal with fish and shellfish dishes, it also goes very well with vegetarian cuisine, light fruity curries, Asian-inspired dishes and fresh cheeses. Excellent with dishes with spiciness, ginger, coconut sauces, sushi with wasabi and soy sauce. Recommended with Tagliolini with avocado cream and prawns.
