Patriarche Nuits-Saint-Georges 2012
Brilliant red color.
Nose of cherry and prune evolving on notes of forest floor and vanilla.
On the palate, there is elegance and a structure of lovely finesse. Ample on the finish.
The wine is aged in French oak barrels, toasted but not burnt, (50 % new and 50 % one year old) for 12 to 15 months.
Ideal with grilled meat or meat cooked in sauce, and most of the cheese.
