Dark ruby color with purple hues.
Aromatic notes of briar, violets and rose petals dampened by earthy morning dew, give way to earth, wood spice, black pepper, aniseed, graphite, clove and cinnamon.
The palate is lively and spicy with red to black fruits, crunchy acid backed by a frame of fine powdery tannin.
Aged in French Oak for almost 2 years and stored underground in a granite maturation cave.
Roasted or grilled meat, better with herbs and pepper.
