Deep, dark bouquet of spicy notes, gravel, peppery sniffs, herbs, anise, black berries and plum.
Plush in palate, ripe fruit, green herb character, rich, long, framed with spicy oak.
It goes really well with meat, such as roasted pork or lamb, rabbit, rib-eye steak, beef stew or casserole, goulash and even burgers.Cheddar cheese is a good option too.
