APPEARANCE
Pretty deep ruby red dress.
NOSE
Its fresh nose opens with a slightly spicy bouquet of red fruits with a touch of spice.
PALATE
The palate is elegant, harmonious. It is a wine full of roundness, without excess of tannins, fleshy and with great vivacity. This vintage was well balanced offering a lot of finesse.
AGEING
Traditional aging in oak barrels (60% new) for 18 months.
PAIRING
It will go perfectly with tartine, rack of lamb, Pont l’évêque cheese and pear with hypocras.
READINESS FOR DRINKING
Drink between 2019 and 2022.
