On the nose, a strong bouquet of white flowers, toast, ripe yellow fruit, with some mineral accents.
It offers a good minerality in the mouth that time rounds revealing a good mellow.
Aged 11 months in French oak barrels, following the malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeast.
Its minerality and its tension make it a perfect partner for many kind of appetizers (ham parsley, oysters, seafood). Fresh cheeses (goat cheese, ewes) are enhanced by this full-bodied white wine.
