Domaine Belle Les Terres Blanches Crozes-Hermitage AOC 2014
Deep, golden yellow with green highlights.
Mirabelle and yellow fruit aromas dominate the nose, where nutmeg and sandalwood play a part in giving an ethereal, almost powdered aspect, finishing with notes of bergamot and confectionery.
The sensation of smoothness is dominant in the palate. Slightly aniseed with light fennel notes so typical of northern Rhône Marsanne. The perfect marriage of aromatic freshness and sweetness with good acidity.
On fine lees in the same barrels and vats as for the winemaking, malolactic fermentation, bottling carried out after 11 months of aging.
Drink it as an aperitif, with white meat or roasted rabbit with garlic.
