Medium intensity aromas of apple, lemon and apricot, and a sweetly scented fragrance of vanilla biscuits and toast.
On the palate is dry, medium acid, mineral, with citrus notes and very elegant.
Ideal for toasting or as aperitifs with tapas, savouries, fish, such as clams, mussels, scallops and oysters and vegetable dishes.
