The tannins are supple on the attack, full and persistent. Good spicy length, full finish, both delicate and balanced.
15 months in barrels.
Best served with all kind of roasted, braised and grilled dishes. Also good with Asian dishes and hearty fish courses like tuna, mushrooms and pasta.
