PALATE

Ripe, juicy and relatively soft, the black currant fruits are rich, cut by the acidity and a solid structure provided by gentle oak and smoky tannins.

AGEING

90% in oak barrels, 10% in vats for 12 months.

PAIRING

Roasted beef or lamb and chocolate mousse.
