Deep ruby color.
NOSE
The nose is expressive and open,with ripe fruit, spicy, vanilla and toasted aromas.
PALATE
On the palate it’s well balanced and elegant. The tannin is meaty and silky with pleasant flavours of black fruit. Very long in the mouth.
AGEING
In oak barrels for 12 months (60% new).
PAIRING
Roasted beef or lamb and chocolate mousse.
READINESS FOR DRINKING
Drink now through 2023.
