Casa Lapostolle Cuvée Alexandre Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
Dark and deep red with ruby edges. Very elegant nose with aromas of fresh red fruit such as raspberries and cherry, cassis and delicate toasted notes.
Concentrated and balanced. Persistent tannins and medium acidity. Great fruit character and a long finish.
All fermentations made with wild yeast, 80% fermented in stainless steel tanks while 20% was fermented in French oak vats. The wine was aged then for 10 months in French oak barrels.
Ideal with high flavoring dishes as steak with rosemary or filet mignon with rice.
