Berton Vineyards Metal Range The Black Shiraz 2017
Deep ruby color.
Aromas of blackberry and plum over toasty vanillin and spicy oak.
Full flavoured and intense with rich plum, blueberry and mocha notes. The tannins are ripe and dense giving great structure and length to the palate.
After fermentation the wine was racked onto French oak for malolactic fermentation, then clarified into stainless steel storage.
Enjoy it with beef and roasted vegetable.
